We are a small business that is rapidly growing and expanding across East Texas. We are on the lookout for high quality coaching candidates. All coaches must pursue their ADAPT Level 1 coaching certificate (https://adaptqualifications.com). Due to this course only being offered in Texas periodically, we have temporary substitute requirements that coaches may complete in order to be eligible for higher before earning their ADAPT Level 1 certification.

We adopt a continual learning mindset and expect all coaches to participate in our Coaching Mentor Program as we believe every coach can always improve. 

Coaching applicants must be 18 years or older.
