Program Description
Our weekly movement classes are designed to help kids and teens in East Texas develop confidence, coordination, and problem-solving skills through structured obstacle training inspired by parkour.
Students learn how to climb, jump, balance, swing, and move through challenges while developing the mindset that obstacles can be solved with practice and persistence.
Each class focuses on safe progressions, supportive coaching, and helping every student grow at their own pace.
